Toscana Endurance Lifestyle is dressed in art for the first time by Henraux

Three monumental sculptures will welcome Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates alongside the governor of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, equestrians and the public of Toscana Endurance Lifestyle 2019. The beauty and preciousness of marble graces the San Rossore racetrack in Pisa for the first time, from September 16th to 20th, accompanying the most important endurance races in the world for the 2019 season.
Henraux, who for ten years has embellished Pisa airport, renews a meeting between great international sculpture and the city of the Leaning Tower. The protagonists of this new event are Steve Tepas with La fuerza, The Force in white marble from Mount Altissimo and Park Eun Sun with Colonna accrescimento infinito IV in green and yellow granite, and Disconnessione e continuità in green and black granite.

Founded in 1821 and currently helmed by its president Paolo Carli, Henraux represents absolute excellence in marble processing. A global leader in its sector, Henraux is synonymous with Architecture, Design and Art and is known throughout the world. The Cervaiole Quarry, where the most precious statuary, the Bianco dell'Altissimo is cultivated, was discovered by Michelangelo.
Today Henraux is one of the most prestigious names in the stone industry and its name is connected to prestigious and impressive projects such as, to name just a few located within the Emirates and Gulf countries, the Mirdif City Center and the BurJuman Center in Dubai, the Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi for Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the Arcapita Bank Headquarters in Manama in Bahrain.
Throughout its long history, Henraux has contributed to the technological development of the stone industry, it has exported its marble across the five continents and has globalised the great culture of marble and its millenary tradition. It is a tradition which translates today into the quality of materials, into innovation, technology, in the accuracy of processing and is an expression of the purest and most sought-after concepts of made in Italy found in the stone industry.

In regard to the initiative, Paolo Carli, president of Henraux, declares: “I am particularly happy to contribute towards one of the most important sporting events in the world, through sculpture, towards an event where horses and riders will meet to measure their extraordinary strengths and abilities. The setting of San Rossore, perhaps the most beautiful public park in Tuscany, welcomes an international event of great prestige and stands as a meeting place and exchange between Italy and the Emirates. After many successful years of the initiative, the sculptures by Park Eun Sun and Steve Tepas have been added to this beautiful setting. I would like to welcome Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the equestrians and all the public taking part in the event, renewing the pleasure and understanding that Henraux previously consolidated with Pisa and the Galileo Galilei airport, which for the last ten years has hosted our Volarearte initiative".
